The U.S. Department of Labor has announced that the comment period for the proposed changes in the H-2A regulations will be extended until the end of the day on April 14, 2008. This gives NCAE the time necessary to prepare the extensive comments required for this complicated and sweeping proposal. It also gives NCAE time to post and send our concerns regarding these proposals to all H-2A employers and other interested employers in time for them to also give comment to USDOL.
