About Northwest Growers Association
NGA is respected for working in compliance with labor laws and maintaining good relationships with the government officials who regulate the H-2A and H-2B programs.
Northwest Growers Association (NGA) provides services to agricultural employers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Alaska and Hawaii.
NGA helps growers, packers and processors use the H-2A and H-2B temporary guest worker visa program to recruit and transport foreign workers when enough U.S. workers cannot be found. Membership is open to employers in agriculture, fresh packing, food processing and related occupations. Employers can join by paying a one-time initiation fee and nominal annual membership dues, but do not have to actively participate in the H-2A or H-2B programs to maintain membership.
