Northwest Growers Association Provides
Legal Seasonal Labor for the Ag Industry

Northwest Growers Association is a non-profit grower-managed association with one focus: providing H-2A and H-2B services for employers in the agriculture industry.

The H-2A and H-2B program is a temporary visa program run by the federal government and is administered by a combination of state and federal agencies.

The H-2A program is essentially an insurance policy, protecting your business by ensuring an adequate number of seasonal workers for a specified agricultural job.

When considering the costs of using the H-2A program to secure seasonal farm labor, agricultural employers should weigh the costs of using the H-2A program against the cost of leaving crops unharvested, harvested late, or of leaving work undone due to an inadequate seasonal work force. These costs may far exceed the cost of participating in the H-2A program.
